Peripheral neuropathy is a condition where the peripheral nerves, are damaged or don't function properly, usually resulting in a loss of function in the nerve which can result in pain, dysesthesias (painful tingling sensations) and numbness in the distribution of the nerve, typically affecting the extremities (hands and feet), causing weakness, numbness, and pain, often due to conditions like diabetes or other underlying issues.

Treatment options include medications, physical therapy, and Spinal Cord Stimulation.

We accept most Commercial Insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid. 

Copay, Co-Insurance, Deductible, and Balance owed are due at the time of service.  If you have an outstanding balance on your account please be prepared to make payment prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy: No-Call / No-Show and Missed appointments without a full 24-HR notice will be charged a $65.00 missed appointment fee. The missed appointment fee must be paid prior to any future appointments being scheduled.
