Painful Joints

Painful joints, Joint pain, Knee pain, hip pain, ankle pain, elbow pain, arthritis

Joint pain can be discomfort, pain or inflammation arising from any part of a joint; including cartilage, bone, ligaments, tendons or muscles.

 

Joint pain can be caused by various factors including:

  • Autoimmune diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus

  • Bursitis

  • Chondromalacia patellae

  • Crystals in the joint 

  • Infections 

  • Injury

  • Osteoarthritis

  • Osteomyelitis

  • Septic arthritis 

  • Tendinitis

  • Unusual exertion or overuse, including strains or sprains

Signs and Symptoms of joint inflammation include:

  • Pain with movement

  • Redness

  • Swelling

  • Tenderness

  • Warmth

We accept most Commercial Insurance plans, Medicare and Medicaid. 

Copay, Co-Insurance, Deductible, and Balance owed are due at the time of service.  If you have an outstanding balance on your account please be prepared to make payment prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellation Policy: No-Call / No-Show and Missed appointments without a full 24-HR notice will be charged a $65.00 missed appointment fee. The missed appointment fee must be paid prior to any future appointments being scheduled.
